Weasel Puppy is my border collie, Spoiled One is an Australian Shepherd/German Shepherd Dog mixed breed, and Demon Puppy is the latest addition to the pack, a border collie puppy. They do flyball, agility, herding, and pretty much anything I can think of. Weasel Puppy and Spoiled One are rescued dogs, from the shelter. Occasionally, a foster dog is in the mix.
Poor little Weasel Puppy. She's sliced her foot open on the metal lawn edging in my back yard. That stuff is evil - and expensive! The emergency vet said it was often the corners or cut edges that cause the problem.

I have suddenly discovered the internet and am addicted. I have a few Print on Demand store and like to create designs relating to dogs and flyball, and other random, weird things.

Hi, I'm so sorry to hear that your dog was injured also by metal lawn edging. Recently while on a long walk my rescue dog sliced her leg so deeply on metal edging she severed the tendons in her leg. She is in a cast for at least six weeks. She just started agility training and that has been put on hold indefinitely. Hope your pup heals quickly. Glad you are warning folks to avoid metal edging too.
